Samuel Kamau Muiru

Arch.Bishop Ndingi Sec School

Year: 2017-2021
And this is my story....

I am Samuel Kamau Muiru from Naivasha-Kenya a beneficiary of empower the world Foundation since January 2017. i benefited from the EWF scholarship after several fruitless attempts in every other place

As far as i can Remember, i was adopted by my Aunt when i was just a toddler of about 3 years. She then took the responsibility as my Mother since my own father had turned into a total Drunkard. She schooled me in Nyakairu Primary School, her together with my lovely uncle. my other siblings ended up at my grandparents care

After my KCPE results were out, i was enthralled because my B+ of 371 Marks would enable me join a prestigious secondary school. However, i had no means to raise school fees since my parents(adoptive) were peasant Farmers

my mother made several deperate attempts to secure the equity (wings to Fly) and family banks scholarships but all ended in vain. When all my hopes were about to shut, that was when we learnt about Empower the World Foundation. With dismal faith (then), my mum decided to contact EWF. Thankfully, after application, i qualified and was selected to join the scholarship program.

I worked hard under the program and attained B+ in KCSE and made my dream of joining university education and pursue Civil engineering valid.

"I hereby take this opportunity to thank you For your Benignity, You did me an immense favour. i have not enough words to express the warm fuzzie that sweep my heart till now. I pray that God Grant you a long life to celebrate the prosperity of all your beneficiaries, receive happinness and self-satisfying life"

And this is my story....

My name is Hellen Wanja, and I am writing to express my deep gratitude to the Empower the World Foundation and its esteemed stakeholders. I cannot find adequate words to convey my appreciation for the immense impact you have had on my life. The support provided by your organization played a pivotal role in paying my school fees, a gesture that transformed my life in ways I never thought possible.

There was a time when I felt utterly desperate and, I must admit, even hopeless about my future. The burden of unaffordable education

weighed heavily on my shoulders. However, your sponsorship opportunity arrived like a beacon of light, reigniting the flickering flame of hope within me. With your generous assistance, I was able to not only pursue my education but also successfully complete my national examinations, achieving a commendable grade of C-.

This accomplishment is not just a testament to my hard work, but also a reflection of the incredible support I received from the Empower the World Foundation. Your belief in my potential empowered me to overcome challenges and reach this significant milestone. I am profoundly grateful for this life-changing opportunity.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire organization and its benefactors. Your kindness and generosity have made a lasting difference in my life, and I am filled with hope and determination for a brighter future. May the Almighty God bless you abundantly for your unwavering commitment to transforming lives. With sincere gratitude.

Njonjo Girls’ High School

Year: 2017-2021
And this is my story....

My gratitude knows no bounds for the Empower the World Foundation, which graciously accepted my scholarship application. Empower the World Foundation provided unwavering support throughout my four years at Njonjo Girls’ High School. I owe a special debt of gratitude to Fr. Kiriti and Hillary, whose guidance and mentorship have been invaluable. May God bless them abundantly.

With determination and the support of my scholarship, I continued to excel academically, ultimately achieving a remarkable

B+ in my final examination. Subsequently, I enrolled at the University of Nairobi, where I embarked on my journey toward a degree in Education.

I count myself fortunate to secure a teaching position at Anestar Boys High School, where the income I earned allowed me to contribute to my family's financial well-being. However, before I could begin my university studies, my father passed away. This loss felt like a setback, compounded by the fact that I hadn't seen him since the separation. Despite this heartache, life's challenges have only strengthened my resolve to persevere and make the most of the opportunities that come my way. I am grateful to God for His continued favour.
